Our Customisation Model 

In the main, many of the standard programs we deliver to our customers, are no longer an “off the shelf” product. Many customers expect their learning interventions to be tailored to their needs and of course, meet their learning outcomes and objectives.

In this website and our all course catalogs, you will find the standard descriptions for our programs and learning suites that will enable you to select what you need, from one place when you need it. It will allow you to describe quickly what we can deliver regarding a program or indeed as part of an academy or a learning suite.

The duration of the standard programs has the opportunity and associated benefits, to tailor any program to your needs. If our client has already stated what time is available for the program, then you will need to adjust the description –in coordination with you- we can construct our proposal accordingly.

These course/program descriptions enable you to discuss with our account managers and program directors how their objectives are met and what needs can be fulfilled in the design of TMI Turkey program. This will obviously impact the time investment and what can, as a consequence be included. Very often this can involve removing much of the interactive components which research asserts increases engagement of the participants in their learning as well as a higher level of recall and implementation of the message. Obviously, the implication of this decision needs to be discussed with you as a client.

Alternatively, depending on your needs and expectations, we may be in a position to influence your decision about how best to meet their needs by including more interaction in the form of additional games, group work, discussions, and activities. This will, of course, extend the time you will need to deliver the intervention you described in standard program descriptions

At TMI Turkey, either it is a standard or a customized program, we apply The Edgar Dale Cone Theory* to all our learning experiences. We guarantee that whoever designs the program delivered to you is entirely conversant with the concept of instructional design; ensuring that the essential modules and components of a program are included.

(*) Dale’s Cone of Experience is a model that incorporates several theories related to instructional design and learning processes. During the 1960s, Edgar Dale theorized that learners retain more information by what they “do” as opposed to what is “heard”, “read” or “observed”. His research led to the development of the Cone of Experience. Today, this “learning by doing” has become known as “experiential learning” or “action learning”. 

Instructional Design

At TMI Turkey, we use The ADDIE Model of Instructional Design*.  

(*) The ADDIE Model is a framework that lists generic processes that instructional designers and training developers use. It represents a descriptive guideline for building effective training and performance support tools in five phases: Analysis - Design - Development - Implementation - Evaluation
